As the name implies our operations are 24*7 with a network spread across PAN India. Excellent support from ASIT anytime, anywhere on remote or on premise as and when required is truly appreciated. They have always gone “above and beyond” to support us at the time of need.

Our office operations work on US timings. ASIT was unbelievably helpful to us when our network was down for eight hours and there was no help in sight. The respective OEM suggested ASIT to us and to our utter surprise, in the middle of the night of a holiday; we received immediate response followed by their senior engineer’s presence in our office with his immense knowledge in solving the issue and bringing the network up. It was a very timely and great help received and that too without any prior SLA or contract with them.
